Gals and Guys,
This was a difficult category to deal with because the hobby isn't unified around this issue. Restoration of artwork is commonly done and sold at high prices while restored baseball cards are pretty close to worthless. We are going to implement an informal rule of thumb, if there is any chance a buyer would think that they are bidding on an original then the item needs to be marked as restored or reprint. Good idea, thank you much! Some places won't make that distinction and shame on them. I'm glad to hear of your honesty in this!!

That's something you run into on E bay...you really have to watch for reproductions and such. Or "vintage" things that are only vintage styles and things like that.

The policy makes sense. This way, the responsibility is put squarely on the buyer, assuming they have been informed of the origin of the piece.

No one should ever have to guess whether or not an item they are purchasing is an original or not - I think everyone will want to stand behind this great policy.
